Fuqua Family Practice and Urgent Care is committed to providing high quality, cost effective health care to the entire Houston community. Our facility is very professional and comprehensive, who are dedicated to your health. We place a special emphasis on preventive care, so that in addition to helping you today with health problems, we can work with you now to avoid ones that might otherwise come up in the future. We take pride in spending the amount of time that you need at each office visit, not rushing you through at a factory pace.  As a family doctor, I can take care of most of
your health care needs. But when you need to
see a specialist, we’ll refer you to our most trusted doctors closer to your home, unless you have a different preference.

 We are open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, and are here to help should an emergency or issue arise.
Urgent Care is available in the evening until 6:00 p.m. to provide treatment for patients who need to be seen by a physician for a medical issue that is concerning but not life-threatening. If a patient is unaware if their condition is potentially life-threatening, the doctor can help transfer them to a hospital.
Some of the services Urgent Care provides are suturing (stitches) for open wounds, splints for sprained joints, braces and treatment of broken bones, asthma treatment, X-rays, rapid strep test for
throat, tests for pregnancy, and tetanus shots.
